Several times a year, Horsin' Around holds a volunteer training session. Each session lasts about 2 hours and is required for all volunteers. At this training session, you will learn basics of therapeutic riding, understanding a horse's body language, and more. Each session ends with a barn orientation and intorduction to our horses and some of our tack. Remember, Horsin' Around relies on its volunteers not only to work with our riders during the program, but also for fundraising, work days/repairs, and more.
